( Growing together )

You have a problem, or a new idea. Start there.

You run a health or wellness business. It might be one room, a studio, a retreat, a hotel, a clinic, or a group of them. Tell us what is actually going on, in a few plain sentences. Someone left and took the clients. The business is already earning and you want the next year to keep earning. Or you have a new class, a new treatment, a new stay, a new location, or a first training, and you want to know if people will pay for it. We have seen these before, in small rooms and in large properties. No two businesses are the same, and the first job is to name the one thing that matters now.

Then we invest with you. We put in the work and the tools: a brand, a website, booking, and any other web asset the business needs. We introduce you to other owners across health and wellness, small and large, so you can compare notes and work on it together. The aim is one of three things: get the revenue back, grow what you already earn, or test the new idea with real people who can pay. We do more of that work when you stay in it with us. The monthly fee is lower because we are staying for years, and quite often the cost of the tools comes down by more than 50%. If you later want to sell, we can build toward that. Until then, the job is revenue.

( Example of The business got hit )

A lead teacher left. Studio filled again.

A teacher left with half of the studio’s customers. The owner called. There were three months to bring in new revenue, or the landlord would close the studio. Six months later the studio was full: 10 new teachers, new classes, and it is still growing. The rent debt to the landlord is being paid back.

( The challenge )

Three challenges. The work changes with the challenge.

( Sales growth problem 001 )

The business got hit

A key person walked away and took customers, clients, and warm leads with them. It can be a teacher, a therapist, a partner, or the person who held a location together. Call or write the day it happens. The sooner we speak, the sooner we can start. If those people have not settled somewhere else, we work to pull them back, and we look for new people who will pay, before the cash flow runs dry.

GoYoga Tallinn is this situation: how it was solved, and where the studio is today. Read it here.

( Sales growth problem 002 )

The business is already earning

The studio is full, the retreat season sells, or the hotel already fills the weekend. You want that revenue to continue when people, prices, and dates change, and you want the next year to earn more. We keep the pages and the booking path that bring the money in, and we add what the next search needs. You stay in the decisions. We stay in the work.

( Sales growth problem 003 )

The business has new revenue ideas

You want to test something new: a treatment, a location, a retreat, a hotel wellness offer, or a first training. We build the brand, the pages, and a way to book or apply, then we put it in front of people who can pay. You will know, from real enquiries, whether the idea earns. If it does, we stay while it becomes part of the year.

( The retainer )

How the fee works.

We prefer a monthly retainer over several years. You stay in the decisions. We put in more of the work, the tools, and the introductions to other owners. The new pages, the repairs, the booking setup, and the SEO are paid a month at a time. The monthly fee is lower than a short project, because the heavy first months are spread across the years. A short project would put that same cost on one invoice.

The tools are part of the same work: brand, website, hosting, calendars, and booking. We point you to services that do the job at a lower cost. Quite often those costs come down by more than 50%.

You can start with 90 days from £650. That covers a new website, or repairs to the one you have, and then SEO for the two months after. We do not work with WordPress. At the end of the 90 days we show you what changed. If you want to continue, the following years are paid on the retainer. If a sale is the later goal, say so now. We can build toward it.

Write and tell us the challenge, the size of the business, and whether you want 90 days or several years. We will reply with the fee and the amount of work that fit.
